Returns Window

  • Return window : 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Any issues related to damage, defects, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition as received

  • Items must be in original packaging, with all tags and components

  • Proof of purchase is required

Products that have been assembled or used are not eligible for return unless a manufacturer defect is confirmed.

Product Specific Exceptions

  • Sofas: Eligible for return within 7 days if unused and in original packaging.

  • Wardrobes: Returns are not accepted once assembled. Any faults caused during self assembly are not covered.

  • Beds:

    • Ottoman beds are eligible for return within 7 days if not assembled.

    • Divan beds must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and must be unused.

Custom, made to order, or assembled items are non refundable, unless a manufacturing defect is identified.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Return shipping fees are waived only if the item has a confirmed manufacturing defect.

  • If customer changed mind after receiving the item as ordered customer will pay for return shipping charges 
  • If item is delivered wrong and is found damaged on delivery company will arrange collection free of cost.



Refund Timing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
