You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Any issues related to damage, defects, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours to help us to resolve quickly.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, in the same condition as received
Items must be in original packaging, with all tags and components
Proof of purchase is required
Products that have been assembled or used are not eligible for return unless a manufacturer defect is confirmed.
Sofas: Eligible for return within 7 days if unused and in original packaging.
Wardrobes: Returns are not accepted once assembled. Any faults caused during self assembly are not covered.
Beds:
Ottoman beds are eligible for return within 7 days if not assembled.
Divan beds must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and must be unused.
Custom, made to order, or assembled items are non refundable, unless a manufacturing defect is identified.
