Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed, delivery normally takes 2–4 business days.

Total estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days from the date the order is placed.

Delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, such as courier delays, severe weather or public holidays.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping is free for all products delivered within the United Kingdom. There are no additional or hidden standard shipping charges.

4. Delivery Area

We deliver to customer addresses within the United Kingdom.

5. Damaged, Faulty or Missing Items

Please inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or with items missing, please contact us as soon as possible at info@sarrfinterior.com.

Please include your order number and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue. We will assess the problem and arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair or refund.
